How it works

You have 60 days from the day the last package of your order is delivered (if tracking never shows a delivery, from the end of the stated delivery window).
Email info@velcen.com with your order number. There’s no form to fill in, and you don’t need to send anything back.
We refund the full amount you paid for the order, including any shipping to your original payment method within 3 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
One guarantee claim per customer.

Why 60 days

Without a loading week, the ISSN describes a gradual approach: 3 g a day for 28 days.¹ So we give you two months to decide, not two weeks.

Something wrong with your order?

If a parcel arrives damaged, something’s missing, or tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, email us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. That doesn’t use up your guarantee.

How does the 60-day guarantee work?

If it’s not for you, for any reason, email info@velcen.com with your order number and we’ll refund the full amount you paid for the order, including any shipping, even if the bottle’s empty. What if my parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?

Email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery date in your tracking) with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t count as your guarantee claim.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it. After that your order may already be on its way, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.
