Questions

Questions, answered

Still wondering about something? Email info@velcen.com. We reply within 1 business day.

When will my order arrive, and what does shipping cost?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–10 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking when it ships. Bottles from one order may arrive in separate packages, and the free Collagen + Glutathione that comes with 6 bottles always ships separately.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?

Email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery date in your tracking) with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t count as your guarantee claim.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it. After that your order may already be on its way, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.

How is my payment processed?

Checkout runs on Shopify, and card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, so we never see or store your full card number. You can also use the express options shown in your cart when your device supports them.

How does the free gift work?

Choose 6 bottles and a full-size Collagen + Glutathione (Balincer, 120 count) comes with your order at no cost. No code needed, and it doesn’t appear as a separate item in your cart. It ships separately and may arrive on a different day. It’s yours to keep.
