Our 60-day guarantee
60-day guarantee. Full refund, even if the bottle’s empty.
You have 60 days from the day the last package of your order is delivered (if tracking never shows a delivery, from the end of the stated delivery window).
Email info@velcen.com with your order number. There’s no form to fill in, and you don’t need to send anything back.
We refund the full amount you paid for the order, including any shipping, to your original payment method within 3 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
One guarantee claim per customer.
Got a free Collagen + Glutathione bottle with 6 bottles? Keep it.
The guarantee covers every bottle in your order.
You can always contact us with any question about the guarantee at info@velcen.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If a package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, an item is missing, defective or incorrect, or tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, email us at info@velcen.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery date in your tracking) with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t count as your guarantee claim.
Nothing to send back
You never need to send a product back to use the 60-day guarantee or to report a damaged, missing or incorrect item.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at info@velcen.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it. After that your order may already be on its way, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This right is in addition to the 60-day guarantee above, which doesn’t require you to send anything back.
Refunds
All refunds go to your original payment method. Guarantee refunds are issued within 3 business days of your email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve issued your refund and you still don’t see it, please contact us at info@velcen.com.
