When will my order arrive, and what does shipping cost?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–10 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking when it ships. Bottles from one order may arrive in separate packages, and the free Collagen + Glutathione that comes with 6 bottles always ships separately.
How does the 60-day guarantee work?
You have 60 days from the day the last package of your order is delivered (if tracking never shows a delivery, from the end of the stated delivery window). If it’s not for you, for any reason, email info@velcen.com with your order number and we’ll refund the full amount you paid for the order, including any shipping, even if the bottle’s empty. How is my payment processed?
Checkout runs on Shopify, and card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, so we never see or store your full card number. You can also use the express options shown in your cart when your device supports them.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it. After that your order may already be on its way, but the 60-day guarantee still covers you.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?
Email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery date in your tracking) with your order number. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. This doesn’t count as your guarantee claim.
